Belly Bump at 16 weeks

Fooled ya still!  I'm 16 weeks now and believe it or not I STILL do NOT have a belly photo. I'm not sure why a picture seems like agony these days, but I do have a story to go along with it this time. We went to the temple on Saturday to do baptisms (which I haven't done since I've been endowed) and boy did we pick the wrong time! (although we didn't pick it, it's just the time that worked out). We got stuck right in the middle of a group of young women. That part is essential to the story because when it was FINALLY my turn to sit in the room with the font (when one leaves, another enters; there are like 7 seated spots for the women), the temple worker told me the young women were squishing on the bench and so I could wait a couple turns because older women like us need a little more space especially with a baby on the way. I'M BARELY SHOWING PEOPLE. Any way, I glared at Mr Smith stating she was bold. We hear of people making such comments, but I swea...

Buy Now

I shop too much as a stay at home mom. Just yesterday Mr Smith had to put together a glider & today (although he doesn't know it yet) there are pictures finally to be hung in Lexi's room all laid out on the floor (because I make it so easy to serve me). Unfortunately, Mr Smith who works so hard for his two amazing girls also has to put things together? Why isn't life fair? (disclaimer: I would have put together the glider if I could have carried it into the house. disclaimer: I always hang pictures incorrectly the first time so since we don't need 10 holes in our rental, I'll wait till Mr Smith can do it perfectly). I count on Mr Smith too much. Sigh. I'm-so-glad-I-can. Mr Smith didn't want me taking back his grill items to Lowes, but since the grill was deemed unfixable - I'm not keeping expensive grill sets without a grill! See, I'm not the only one spending money. And I return things that do not satisfy & shop on sale. Mr Smith sits on so...

Two little screws

It's a long overdrawn story and I begin . . . It has been 3 months and I still didn't get around to putting my VA tags on my car, and neither did Mr Smith. I registered myself (finally) back in December just so everything was in my new name and all ready to go, but then there is the hassle of putting the front plates on which I've never had before. When my FL tags didn't expire till July - what was the rush? Oh. VA tax bullies are the rush. Someone came around and essentially told on my FL tags to my father so it encouraged me to attach my plates before they come back to fine and tow, and who knows what, to my car. <This is where the part of the story turns into complete frustration and involves utter destruction of my emotional state> So there is a Home Depot right on my way home. Perfect right? I'll go in and get some screws that Eric and my father have both described and all will be well. People will be there to assist and I am grown an...

Think Smart. Be Smart.

Also, I kinda hate how people assume because I'm Mormon, that I'll vote for Romney. . . I'll vote for Romney if I like Romney's current views and think he's the best candidate for presidency. Okay, thank you. I also hate how people just assume something without doing their own research. There is so much trash out there it just kinda makes me cringe. Okay, thank you.  Vote Smart. P.S. More people should worry about their moral plate.   For the last days , I'm not sure one man can be charged as your biggest enemy. It's probably yourself. But this video made me laugh tonight the former governor is my kind of guy . they attacked him, but he kept up.
