NEW THINGS

Like, I'm basically done nursing . He drinks a ton of whole milk during the day, but doesn't really like water or a sippy cup... However, he's off the good stuff for the most part! I'm not sure he is any less needy BUT he hasn't stopped teething including molars (did I tell you he has 4?), which involves diarrhea and waking up in the middle of the night. I can't believe his teeth are coming in so fast. We shall see! Dallin loves to blow raspberries on my cheeks. HE IS STILL NOT TALKING but he is still oh so cute when he wants up. Those arms just shoot up at me with his little grunt. And if he wants something you're not giving him...he will knock your arm, ha. HELLO I'm waiting! It always seems like he is saying "uh huh". He took a THREE hour nap . On the same day I told Amy Dallin has never done that. And he has yet to do it again. Usually it's a 1-2 hour nap around noon. First time with the stomach virus. Spring Is Here

I know once a month isn't enough to help me remember my thoughts at this time or catch every cute and terrible thing my children do that I do want to remember, but I have my excuses. This weekend has been wonderful not just because Dad is here to put Dallin down for his naps, but because it's General Conference! Even though I half hear things and I take it more casually than I should (pen, paper, prayers & meditation before, during & after didn't happen) but it goes to show you simply TRYing to listen and set aside time to hear even part fills you with a sense of peace you don't naturally get in this world. So just imagine if we really gave the gospel our all, we would become something so much greater overnight.  But I know my Savior still loves me even though I am so slow. I want to yell COME ON KAYLA yet He is oh so patient & loving, which just reminds me how I have a lot to learn. This doesn't mean I can excuse myself and rest just low enough und...
